Shipping & Delivery Policy

After successful payment, the customer receives access to a digital package that may include:

• The Qwint Caption plugin ZIP file.
• Installation files.
• Included caption templates.
• Licence or activation information.
• AI credits or subscription access.
• Instructions and supporting documentation.

Delivery may be completed through one or more of the following:

• Immediate download page.
• Customer account or dashboard.
• Email containing download or activation information.
• Automatic credit allocation to the customer’s account.
• Another electronic method stated during checkout.

Delivery is considered completed when the download is made available to the customer through the stated method.

Digital access is normally provided shortly after successful payment.

Payment verification, fraud screening, payment-gateway delays, email delays, or technical problems may occasionally delay delivery.

Please allow up to 24 hours in exceptional circumstances.

When access has not been received:

• Check the spam or junk folder.
• Confirm that payment was successfully completed.
• Log in using the details used during checkout.
• Contact support@qwintsoft.com with the order ID.

We may verify the transaction before resending access or activating credits.

Customers are responsible for entering correct contact and account information during checkout.

We will provide reasonable assistance where incorrect information was entered, subject to verification that the requester is the genuine purchaser.

For security, support, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution, we may retain records showing:

• Payment confirmation.
• Time access was made available.
• Download events.
• Licence activation.
• Device activation.
• Credit allocation and usage.

These records are handled according to our Privacy Policy.

No physical shipping fee applies.

Payment providers, banks, foreign-exchange services, or tax authorities may impose separate charges that are outside our control.
