Important Information Before Purchasing Qwint Caption

Please review this page before completing your purchase.

1. What You Are Purchasing

Your purchase is for a bundled digital licence package. Depending on the plan selected, the package includes:

  • The Qwint Caption plugin.
  • The caption-template library included inside the downloaded ZIP file.
  • The AI-captioning allowance associated with your plan.
  • A limited licence to use these components under our Terms of Service and EULA.

The amount paid is not solely a payment for unused AI credits.

2. What Is Inside the Download

The downloadable ZIP package includes:

  • Plugin files.
  • Installation files or scripts.
  • Included caption-template files.
  • Supporting files and documentation.

Because these are reusable digital files, they cannot practically be returned after being downloaded.

3. Templates and AI Credits Work Differently

The templates are reusable digital assets. AI credits are consumed when you submit media for AI processing.

Using a template without AI processing may not consume AI credits. However, the template remains part of the paid licence package and is not a free product.

4. Licence, Not Ownership

You receive permission to use the plugin and templates under our licence terms. You do not receive ownership of:

  • Qwint Caption source code.
  • Plugin files.
  • Template source files.
  • Animations.
  • Branding.
  • Documentation.
  • Other proprietary assets.

You may use the templates in completed personal, professional, client, and monetised video projects.

You may not sell, share, upload, redistribute, sublicense, or provide the template source files to another person.

5. System Requirements

Before purchasing, confirm that your system meets the requirements shown in the Installation Guide.

Qwint Caption currently supports the Adobe and operating-system versions listed on the Installation Guide at the time of purchase. Future Adobe or operating-system updates may affect compatibility.

6. Internet Connection

An internet connection is required for:

  • AI caption processing.
  • Licence activation.
  • Account verification.
  • Credit-balance verification.
  • Updates and certain online features.

Some downloaded templates may be usable offline after successful installation and activation.

7. AI Accuracy

AI-generated captions are not guaranteed to be completely accurate. Results may be affected by:

  • Background noise.
  • Music.
  • Multiple speakers.
  • Accents.
  • Audio quality.
  • Technical vocabulary.
  • Overlapping dialogue.
  • Language selection.

You are responsible for reviewing captions before publication or professional use.

Do not rely on generated captions for emergency, medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-risk purposes without qualified human review.

8. Digital Delivery

After successful payment, you will receive access to the downloadable ZIP file, licence information, and purchased AI allowance through your account, email, download page, or another stated electronic method.

No physical product is shipped.

9. Refund Restrictions

A refund may be considered for:

  • Duplicate payment.
  • Failure to receive the purchased package.
  • A verified material defect caused by Qwint Caption.
  • Activation failure caused by us that support cannot resolve.
  • Another circumstance required by applicable law.

A refund will generally not be provided because:

  • You changed your mind after downloading the ZIP.
  • You no longer require the product.
  • You expected a feature that was not advertised.
  • You did not review the system requirements.
  • You retained the plugin or template files.
  • You used or copied the template files.
  • You consumed AI credits.
  • Your unsupported software or system is incompatible.

10. Licence After Refund

When a refund is approved:

  • Your licence terminates.
  • Remaining credits are cancelled.
  • You must uninstall the plugin.
  • You must permanently delete the ZIP and template files.
  • You must stop using the plugin and templates.
  • You may be asked to confirm deletion in writing.

11. Device Limit

Unless your plan states otherwise, one licence may be used by one named user on up to two devices owned or controlled by that user.

A licence may not be shared between team members.

12. Smart Cut and Future Features

Do not purchase based on a roadmap, preview, demonstration, or “coming soon” feature.

A future feature is included only after it is released and expressly included in your plan.

Include your order ID, Adobe version, operating system, and a clear description of the issue when contacting support.
