Intellectual Property and Template Licence

All Template files remain owned by Qwintsoft LLP or its licensors.

Your purchase grants a limited right to use them. It does not transfer ownership.

Editing, recolouring, resizing, renaming, or otherwise modifying a Template does not make you the owner of the underlying Template.

While your applicable licence remains valid, you may use the Templates to create completed video projects for:

• Personal use.
• Social-media content.
• Monetised content.
• Client work.
• Business marketing.
• Advertising.
• Education.
• Film and video production.
• Internal corporate content.

A permitted end product is a completed, exported, or rendered video in which the Template has been incorporated as part of a larger creative work.

The Template must not be extractable for reuse by the viewer or recipient.

You may create completed videos for clients.

You may provide the client with:

• Rendered videos.
• Exported subtitle files where applicable.
• Flattened or non-extractable deliverables.

You may not provide reusable Template source files to a client unless that client holds a separate valid Qwint Caption licence.

Where an editable project must be delivered, Template assets must be flattened, removed, or separately licensed.

You may not:

• Sell a Template by itself.
• Redistribute Template source files.
• Share the downloaded ZIP.
• Upload Templates to cloud drives for others.
• Provide Templates through Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, forums, or file-sharing sites.
• Upload Templates to an asset marketplace.
• Include Templates in another template pack.
• Include Templates in another plugin or application.
• Offer Templates as a downloadable client deliverable.
• Sublicense Templates.
• Use Templates as the primary value of a competing product.
• Claim ownership of Templates.
• Register Templates as your own intellectual property.
• Use extracted Template assets to train a competing AI or design system.

A single-user licence covers one named user.

Each team member who installs, accesses, edits, or uses Template source files must have their own licence unless an enterprise or team agreement states otherwise.

Unless a plan states otherwise, the licensed user may keep the Templates on up to two licensed devices owned or controlled by that user.

Cloud backups must remain private and inaccessible to unlicensed persons.

Templates obtained through a subscription may be used only while that subscription remains active.

After the subscription ends:

• You must stop using the Template source files.
• You must delete the source files and backups.

Previously rendered videos may remain published, subject to the original lawful licence.

An approved refund terminates the Template licence.

After receiving a refund, you must:

• Delete all Template source files.
• Delete the original ZIP.
• Delete backups.
• Stop creating new projects using the Templates.
• Confirm deletion where reasonably requested.

A user cannot legally keep and use Template files after receiving a refund merely because the files cannot be remotely removed.

Completed and rendered videos created while the licence was valid may remain in use unless:

• The licence was obtained fraudulently.
• The video infringes third-party rights.
• The Template was used unlawfully.
• The files were redistributed.
• Another material breach requires removal.

No new project may be created after termination.

A purchase includes only the Templates expressly included in the applicable plan.

Future Template packs, premium libraries, and new releases are included only where the plan expressly states so.

Unauthorised copying or redistribution may result in:

• Licence termination.
• Account suspension.
• Removal requests.
• Claims for infringement.
• Recovery of reasonable legal remedies.
• Notification to marketplaces or hosting providers.
